Option A – Monthly Hours

We work with your business to assess what your IT related needs are and collectively come up with the total expected hours per month your business might use.
Based on the estimated hours, a fixed monthly fee is derived at a discounted rate.
Unused hours would transfer over from month to month. Overages draw upon future monthly hours and are adjusted as required on a quarterly basis.
Hours can be used for any service needs.​​

Per Incident Support Option

Per incident and Emergency Service is available at a fixed hourly rate throughout Arizona.

Travel charges may apply​

Option B – Flat Monthly Rate

We will assess your business and give you a total cost per month to support your current environment including break/fix and Helpdesk Services. 
All pre-approved work outside of the agreed scope of work would be billed at discounted hourly project rates.​
